Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, we maintain strict return and exchange conditions to ensure health and food safety.

Food products

  • All shipped food products without defects are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Products that have been opened or have damaged packaging affecting resale are not eligible for return.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

  • In case of an order error, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • In case of a defective product, please contact us within 7 calendar days of receipt.
  • The returned item is subject to a 10% restocking fee. Your return will be inspected and the refund processed within 10 work days after reception. You will receive a confirmation email.

Requests made beyond these timeframes cannot be processed.

All returns must be pre-authorized, otherwise they will not the processed.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs; we may provide a prepaid shipping label at your request.
  • The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless otherwise specified.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
