At Arctica Food, we are committed to delivering your order efficiently and safely across Canada.

Shipping Rates & Options

• Free Shipping
  Free Canada-wide shipping is available on all orders over $99 (before tax).
• Standard Shipping
  For fragile and/or heavy items, ground shipping rates start at $24.99 within Canada. Final shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days and in the order in which they were placed. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

If a package is not claimed, refused, or the address provided is incorrect, once we receive the returned package, we will refund the merchandise cost after deduction of the shipping cost. If the package has to be shipped again, shipping fees will be charged to the order. 

Local Pickup

We offer a free local pickup option at our warehouse in Brossard, Quebec.

• You will receive an email notification when your order is ready.
• Please bring a valid ID and/or your order confirmation when picking up your order.

Please take note that due to inventory changes, we reserve the right to modify and/or cancel an order, and reimburse the client in the case that we cannot fulfill the order.
